About PVRA

PVRA is an association of licensed ENDS retailers and wholesalers across Pennsylvania. Many of our members are small, family-owned businesses.

Our purpose

We represent the shared business interests of licensed vapor and tobacco product retailers and wholesalers in Pennsylvania. We advocate before the General Assembly, state agencies, and local governments, and we help members understand and follow the laws that apply to them.

PVRA has filed to incorporate as a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation.

What every member commits to

  • Check ID and sell only to adults 21 and older.
  • Hold a valid Pennsylvania license for the business.
  • Follow state and federal law, including Act 57 and tax rules.
