Retail and Wholesale Members are licensed Pennsylvania businesses, and each has one vote. Associate Members support our work without a vote.
Retail Member
$1,500 per year
For businesses holding a Pennsylvania tobacco or other tobacco products retail license. Voting member.
Wholesale Member
$2,500 per year
For licensed wholesalers and distributors of tobacco or vapor products. Voting member.
Associate Member
$1,000 per year
For suppliers, professionals, and others who support our work. Non-voting.
What members get
- Plain-language updates on Act 57, licensing, and tax rules.
- A vote on PVRA's direction and leadership.
- A seat at the table when we meet with officials.
- Materials in English, Arabic, and Urdu.
Every member agrees to check ID and sell only to adults 21 and older.
